INVESTMENT AGREEMENT
This Investment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

GH Gari Mix B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands, with its registered office at Wethouder den Oudenstraat 4, 5706 ST Helmond, Netherlands ("the Company").

(together "the Parties")
1. INVESTMENT TERMS
1.1 The Investor agrees to invest the amount stated above in GH Gari Mix B.V. This investment does not constitute equity or shareholding in the Company.
1.2 The Company agrees to pay the Investor interest at a rate of 3% (three percent) per month, calculated on the principal investment amount.
1.3 Interest payments shall be made every 3 (three) months ("quarterly"), covering the preceding 3-month period.
1.4 In addition to interest payments, the Investor may be entitled to dividend payments based on the Company's performance, at the Company's discretion.
1.5 The minimum investment amount under this Agreement is €2,000.
2. PAYMENT
2.1 The Investor shall transfer the full investment amount via bank transfer, using their full name as the payment reference, to the bank account provided by the Company.
2.2 The Company shall confirm receipt of funds within 5 business days and the investment term shall commence from the date funds are received.
3. RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
3.1 The Investor acknowledges that this is a business investment and carries inherent risk. The Company does not guarantee returns and past performance is not indicative of future results.
3.2 The Investor confirms they are investing of their own free will, with funds they can reasonably afford to invest, and have had the opportunity to ask questions before signing.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
4.1 Both Parties agree to keep the terms of this Agreement, and any non-public business information shared, strictly confidential.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
5.1 This Agreement remains in effect until the investment is repaid in full or otherwise terminated by mutual written agreement between the Parties.
6. GOVERNING LAW
6.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
7. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
7.1 By typing their full name below and clicking "I Agree & Sign", the Investor confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and that this electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature for the purpose of this Agreement.
